Rony Oviedo-Buezo performed multiple sexual acts with a female child, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll, Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Town of Dover Police Chief Jonathan Delaney said.
He was charged with aggravated sexual assault, attempted aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, authorities said.
Buezo was arrested in Tennessee and extradited to New Jersey, authorities said. He is being detained at the Morris County Correctional Facility, authorities said.
